Two, Full-Time

Location:

Islamabad, Pakistan, or willing to relocate to Islamabad.

Exception can be made to someone with 3+ years of remote work experience.

Key Skills:

Full Stack python Django + NextJS development experience
Experincewith OpenAI API will be a huge plus
Aptitude to learn new technologies for fun
Familiarity with AI developer tools like Github co-pilot and other tools

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions across all layers of the software stack. This includes frontend UI, backend logic, database interactions, and API integrations.
• Work closely with our cross-functional team, including Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver top-notch software products.
• Problem Solving: Proactively solve complex problems, and strive to make things better. Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure our software codebase is robust and follows best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast with the latest trends and technologies, implement new features, and continually improve our codebase to ensure our product remains cutting edge.
• Agile Methodologies: Work in an agile environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver quality work within project timelines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Self Starter that thrives well in ambiguity and can envision successful outcomes
• Clear communicator who’s able to express complex ideas and execute
• Enjoys solving real-world problems, working within unchartered territories
• A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to lead and guide others to reach solutions
• Bachelors in computer science
• Minimum three years of work experience developing scalable applications

Hiring Process

We have a very unique and fast hiring process.

Step One: Initial Interview (10 Minutes)

Video Interview: Answer these three questions on async video interview here.
Note: Both of these steps are an required part of application process.

Step Two: Programming assignment (2 to 3 Hours)‍

After Initial Interview if you pass the screening. We will send you a programming assignment that should not take more than three hours. You will have five to seven days to complete the assignment.

Step Three: Final Interview (45 Minutes)‍

‍If you pass the programming assignment screening. We will invite you for 45 minute video interview.
15 to 30 minutes will be dedicated to programming assignment review and technical questions.
15 minutes for general QnA.
We sometime extend the job offer on the same call.
